The rationale purpose of this documentary is to know the world of Illegal and Legal Car Racing culture. The crew will attend their gatherings to witness how their races are conducted. We will first hand see the risk and dangers of these kinds of racing.

The production team believed that this project is a compelling knowledge to everyone specially if you are a car racing geek. It's important because not all people are particular in this kind of activity. We believed that if this topic would boom-out people will talk about this issue. There are certain group of documentary film makers that had been used this topic. But why do we still need another one is because almost all Filipinos don't care about this issue and also in Congress, like it's not a big deal.
